1. The Basics

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Simple as that.
OT is owned and operated by Oporajito Tamanna, operating from [Your City], Canada.

2. Products

Everything on this site is described as accurately as I can make it. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person — that's just how monitors work.
I hand-check every item before shipping, but factory products can have minor variations. If something's genuinely off, see the Return Policy. If you're a perfectionist about stitching alignment, this might not be the shop for you.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise stated
  • I reserve the right to change prices without notice
  • Payment is processed through Shopify Payments / [your processor]
  • Your order is only confirmed once payment clears
  • I may cancel and refund orders that look fraudulent — no hard feelings, just protecting both of us

4. Shipping & Risk

Once the carrier scans your package, risk of loss passes to you. I can't control what happens in transit, but I'll help you file claims if something goes wrong.

The short version: defects are on me, change-of-mind is on you, and I need items back unworn within 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property

All OT branding, product photos, descriptions, and site content are mine. Don't steal them.
You can't use my photos to sell similar products, run ads with my images, or pretend you're affiliated with OT. I'll notice, and I'll act on it.

7. User Conduct

Don't use this site to:
  • Harass me or other customers
  • Place fake orders
  • Try to hack, scrape, or break anything
  • Violate any laws
I reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and block accounts for any reason. It's my living room — I make the rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:
  • OT's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific item in question
  • I'm not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • I'm not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside my control
This site and products are provided "as is." I don't make warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers.

9. Governing Law
